chelsea-girl-5400863209971
Chelsea Girl | Re-Press On Colour Vinyl

Chelsea Girl is the debut solo album by the German singer Nico, produced by Tom Wilson. It was released in October 1967 by Verve Records and was recorded following Nico's collaboration with the Velvet Underground on their 1967 debut studio album. The title is a reference to Andy Warhol's 1966 film Chelsea Girls, in which Nico starred. Much of the album features instrumental work and songwriting credits from Velvet Underground members Lou Reed, Sterling Morrison, and John Cale. 'I'll Keep It with Mine' was written by Bob Dylan, while three songs are by Jackson Browne, who contributed guitar. Wilson added string and flute arrangements against the wishes of Nico.

Tracks
1~1~The Fairest Of The Seasons
1~2~These Days
1~3~Little Sister
1~4~Winter Song
1~5~It Was A Pleasure Then
1~6~Chelsea Girls
1~7~I'll Keep It With Mine
1~8~Somewhere There's A Feather
1~9~Wrap Your Troubles In Dreams
1~10~Eulogy To Lenny Bruce
Details
Catalogue Number: INTGDS00098LP
Format: Vinyl
Artist: Nico
Release Date: 13 November 2026
Genre: Pop
Label: INTEGRAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
Distributor: Inertia Music
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0550/0964/0636/files/MusicDisplayImage_4542894e-00c0-45b6-b08a-907b684dd241.jpg?v=1793866484
