In 1978, as The Residents' star ascended, Ralph Records excavated the group's 1974 'X Is For Xtra' tapes and reprocessed them, eager for a new release to satisfy the growing market for product. Previously unreleased, that 1978 version is heard here for the first time, just as it rolled off the tapes.
