For almost two decades the Bavarian hard rockers from beautiful Schliersee have been pleasing their fans with a perfect combination of heaviness, big melodies and a light progressive touch. With their debut album 'Far Away From Getting Somewhere' SLEARS were able to win many fans with their modern Hard Rock all over the world. Their second album 'Turbulent Waters', released in 2018, once again received best reviews worldwide and SLEARS was voted one of 5 best Bavarian bands from #1 local rock radio station 'Rock Antenne Bayern'. With their 3rd album 'The Chaos Within', the five Bavarians around band founder, songwriter and guitarist Tom K?ser continue to write their success story. With their twelve new compositions SLEARS demonstrates once again impressively that modern rock from Bavaria can sound at least as consistent, powerful and full of tension as the albums of style-defining American bands. With razor-sharp guitar riffs, groove-driven drums and anthemic vocals, the band forms a powerhouse that inevitably cuts its way into your ear canals. The band was able to recruit artist Annina Roescheisen, also from Schliersee, for the cover artwork. The artist, who lives in Munich, New York and Lisbon, has exhibited her works at the Venice Biennale, the Salon Berlin in the Frieder Burda Museum, the Delacroix Museum and the Herm?s Foundation in Paris, among others.
